The Ottawa Valley Farm Show has a long history of bringing together friends, family, experts and entertainment. Now in its 93rd year, the show draws thousands of visitors to the EY Centre in Ottawa. These youngsters checked out the tractors at last year’s show. The 2020 event, on Mar. 17 to 19, will have more than 350 exhibitors and a full line-up of informative and inspirational speakers on farm safety, business management and industry leadership. Hosted by the Ottawa Valley Seed Growers Association, this full-scale exhibition began as a local seed show. It now serves as the final event for local growers to submit their exhibits to the Championship Seed, Feed and Forage Show. See the March edition of AgriNews for a list of exhibitors, floor plan, show schedule and auction details in the special OVFS supplement. Glover photo
