A horse show to remember

The Capital Cowgirls were one of the highlights of the 2019 Avonmore Fair, with their performance on Sunday afternoon, July 21. During their early afternoon practice and later the precision performance, there was plenty of excitement and horsemanship to enjoy. The Capital Cowgirls are a precision-mounted drill team composed of riders 14 years and older, with Jennifer Byvelds of Nation Valley Ranch of Chesterville, Ont., coaching and choreographing the team.
