CARP – John Deere LLC , Green Tech and Sontrac have come to an agreement to transition Sontrac’s John Deere Authorized dealer operations to Green Tech (division of JLD-Laguë) effective last month on Fri., Dec. 7, 2018.
Green Tech, with their 16 locations across eastern Canada, welcomes customers as the authorized John Deere dealer in eastern Ontario. Green Tech will continue to service John Deere equipment under new warranty and provide the best care possible.
“Sontrac equipment will continue their operations mostly in commercial brands such as Wacker Neuson,Weidemann, Deutz and pre-owned equipment,” explains M. Denis Desjardins, president of Sontrac.
“With three of our 16 locations in eastern Ontario, Sontrac customers should rest assured that this transition will allow for excellent service and support at Green Tech,” explains M. Terry Enepekides, CEO at JLD-Laguë.
Both companies said in the release that they will work together during and after the transition period to make it as seamless as possible for their John Deere customers.
Sontrac Equipment, locally owned Wacker Neuson,Weidemann and Deutz-Fahr dealership is located in the heart of Cumberland to better serve eastern Ontario and Quebec customers.
Green Tech a division of JLD-Laguë, gathering a number of merged and acquired companies under one brand, has operated in the agricultural equipment industry with cutting-edge expertise since 1951. The company is made up of over 400 employees across their 16 branches in Quebec and Ontario.
