Winter weather has jumped up and down from balmy days around 5 C to the freezing winds of -20 C here in eastern Ontario. It has been common for weeks to see freezing rain followed by powdery snow days. As 2019 gets underway, the rollercoaster weather is sure to continue.       Moore photo
