Chantal Gillet is the owner of La bergerie des Sables. Her dairy operation is one of a few in eastern Ontario that breaks from the traditional dairy producing animals and uses sheep. The farm is located in Curran were she milks over 100 sheep and produces artisanal produces such as, Greek style sheep’s milk yogurt, ice cream and ice cream bars and dips, feta spreads and cheese.
