The Premier 1st Time Exhibitor award went to Threeloos Farms in Avonmore, who received FFS-JC, GC Maizex Corn Seed. The Reserve 1st Time Exhibitor Award was won by Grady Acres in Crysler who received $25 from Cooperators Insurance in Casselman and 20 grease tubes from MacEwen Petroleum.
The Premier Forage Exhibitor was won by Claude Farley of Crysler who received a framed certificate from Scotia Bank and Pioneer Seed, Charles Wert, one bag of corn. The Reserve Forage Exhibitor was won by Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick who received Quality Seed, Charles Wert, one bag of forage seed.
The Premier Seed Exhibitor was won by Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick, who received a $100 gift certificate from the Toronto Dominion Bank in Chesterville. The Reserve Seed Exhibitor was a tie, won by Alex Beaudette of St. Andrew’s West and Claude Farley of Crysler who shared a $25 gift certificate from both the Royal Bank and Fife Agricultural Services.
Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick won the Champion Forage Exhibit which included a framed certificate from Scotia Bank and a $235 gift certificate from Harvex. The Reserve Forage Exhibit was won by Paynebranch Farms and received $75 from Fife Agricultural Services.
The Champion Haylage Award was won by Paynebranch Farms who received a framed certificate from Harvex (Summit Seeds), a $40 gift certificate from Scotia Bank and $25 from Cooperators Insurance in Casselman. The Reserve Champion Haylage was won by Claude Farley of Crysler and received from the Royal Bank $50.
The Champion Shelled Corn Award went to Alex Beaudette who received a Pioneer bag of corn seed from Fife Agronomics Inc. Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick received one bag of Pride Corn from MacEwen Agricentre Inc. as the Reserve Champion Shelled Corn.
Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick was the Champion Grain Corn winner, receiving one bag of seed corn from Glen Haven Farms/Dekalb. The Reserve Grain Corn winner was Alex Beaudette who received $25 from National Bank and 10 tubes of grease from MacEwen Petroleum.
Champion Corn Silage was awarded to Anthony and Jessica VanderWeilen, who received one bag of Pride Corn from MacEwen Agricentre Inc. Glaude Farms Inc. of Berwick were awarded the Reserve Corn Silage award, receiving $75 from SynAgri.
Alex Beaudette received the Champion Soybeans Award receiving a certificate from Harvex (Summit Seeds) and Pioneer three bags of Soybean Seed from Fife Agronomics Inc. The Reserve Champion Soybeans was awarded to Bill VanLoon who received $50 from Fife Agricultural Services and $25 from National Bank.
Glaudale Farms Inc. of Berwick were recipients of the Champion Cereal Award and received 10 tubes of grease from MacEwen Petroleum and $25 from SynAgri.
